First, you need to Login/Signup to Shopify and Create or select a store.
Go to store dashboard and go to Online store > Themes in sidebar.
Click on the three dots at the top of the page and click Edit code.
Now you need to go to a theme file that is used on every page. e.g. theme.liquid.
Copy the chatbot script code.
Scroll at the end of code of 'theme.liquid' file & paste the copied code before </body> in Shopify and finally, click on Save.
