To create a chatbot, simply go to our dashboard and select the 'chatbots' section. From there, you can easily create and customise your chatbot according to your needs. During the creation process, connect your data source, which can be added in the 'files' section.

Once you've created your chatbot, you'll be provided with a code snippet. Copy this snippet and paste it into your website's code. This will embed the chatbot directly onto your site.

Training is straightforward. You can upload specific data like PDFs, CSVs, website content, or Notion files under 'files'. Once uploaded, you have the option to group your data (optional). This trained data can be utilised in chatbots.

In the 'chatbots' section of our dashboard, you have the option to adjust settings and appearances to match your brand. This ensures the chatbot feels familiar and personalised for your users.

Currently, during human support mode, there is no restriction on the number of messages sent and received.
